How do I sign up?

Apply for the program using the form above and we will review your submission to see if it’s a good fit. We may follow up with a few questions as well. Once approved, you’ll receive a separate email guiding you to create an account in our partnership portal.

What is the referral cookie life?

The cookie life for each visitor is 60 days.

How will I get paid?

Commissions will be paid via PayPal from the ActiveCampaign PayPal account. In order to receive payment, the following conditions must be met:

A valid tax ID form (W9, W8, W–8 BEN–E) must be completed and filed with ActiveCampaign.
Monthly commission payments must be greater than $100. Commissions will be “pending” until the $100 payout threshold has been reached.
The referred customer must have an active account for 60 days. The commissions will be “Pending” for this period.

Once the above prerequisites are met, commission payments will be eligible for payment 60 days after each customer conversion), each month.

How do I track commissions?

Referral partners can view their commission status in their partner dashboard. After logging in, you can click on the “Commissions” menu option to track all pending commissions. We use the Rewardful platform to manage referrals, and you can learn more about Rewardful here.

How much can I earn?

There’s no limit on earnings! You will receive 20% of all revenue for 24 months for each customer you refer to Postmark. This includes any monthly overages, add-ons, or plan upgrades that may occur during the 24-month period.
